Bargain Hunt is an antiques based gameshow, where two teams have an hour to buy a collection of antiques. These items are then auctioned off at a real life eauction and the team which has made the biggest profit, is crowned the winner.

Bargin Hunt was originally hosted by antiques expert David Dickinson and he was one of the main reasons for the shows popularity, particuarily with the student community. This success of Bargin Hunt saw the show moved to a peak-time viewing slot and the release of a Bargin Hunt based board game.

As well as the official Bargin Hunt board game, David Dickinson has brought out his own antiques based boardgame called David Dickinson's Antique Chase.
