The original King Kong movie was released in 1933 and created one of the most memorable scenes from cinema history - king kong climbing the empire state building.

Since his debut King Kong has featured in sequels such as 'son of kong', cartoons and now two remakes. It's fair to say that King Kong is certainly one of the biggest stars to come out of Hollywood and is really responsible for what we now term monster movies.

As such much of the king kong legacy has been made avaliable in DVD, from the 1933 original right up to a behind the scences documentary on the latest King Kong epic. However, our favourite has to be the King Kong DVD boxset.
